Troubleshooting

The platform must not be used without preparation in snow or rain, as water can enter the control unit.

1.The battery in the remote control is dead (when pressed, the light does not light up)

2.The plug of the 12V power supply is not inserted into the platform properly

3.The speed regulator is turned off, turn it clockwise
